● DigiRock BRV2 is a universal hardness testing instrument for the measurement of Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers scale.

● DigiRock BRV2 equips 7-testing-foce and 5-indenter, it is universal to measure a lot of material.

● DigiRock BRV2 dwell time from 1 to 60S can be setup by the “time key” on the panel, it is much convenient than the setup on the manual hardness tester;

● DigiRock BRV2 force knob adopts the metal material to replace the plastic, it improves the instrument using-life greatly;

● DigiRock BRV2 loading, dwell and unloading is driven by electronic motor automatically, doesn’t need the operator to handle it, it eliminates the human operating error maximum.

Brinell Hardness Tester Application:

The Brinell hardness test is mainly used for the hardness determination of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys. In addition, it can also be used for the determination of the hardness of some non-metallic materials such as hard plastics and bakelite. It is suitable for factories, workshops, laboratories, universities and scientific research institutions.

Vickers Hardness Tester Application:
