PP macro fiber wave description:

PP macro fiber is to fill the blank between steel fiber, polypropylene fiber with iron products, its performance between 2 is a kind of monofilar fiber like shear steel fiber, the surface of the fiber is rough, uneven, the diameter of the fiber is about 0.8mm, is a new type of reinforcement, toughening material, when the fiber content is higher, Fiber can replace steel fiber or steel wire mesh, increase the toughness of concrete, improve the ability to resist temperature stress or crack resistance.

PP macro fiber wave form can be instead of steel fibre in cement concrete for anti-crack. Easy to disperse and construct.

PP macro fiber wave Usage

Suggestion of Additive rate: 5.4kg fibre in one cubic meter concrete. (not less than 2.7kg/M3)

Technic of mixture:Put the fibre into detritus first, then put grit to mix for about 2minutes, to make the fibre be dispersed. Then put cement and water to mix as per normal technic.
