Material weight measure section takes special measuring controlling device and loading device ,they are controlled by PLC and HMI ,the amount can be controlled accurately .
Steam system:Steam pressure reducer and angle valve to contorl steam.
Fillng system:Set filling weight in HMI and electronic weighing filling to realize silling accurately and automatically .
Material level control:Adopts laser sensor to control the expansion level.
Temperature control:The temperature sensor and compressedair proprtional valve maintains accurate expansion temperature which is suitable for high density expansion ,resulting in less broken beads

We have 2 production plant, one plant locates in Hangzhou which professionally producing EPS/EPP/ETPU machine. Another factory locates in Jiangsu Provide which producing EPS/EPP/ETPU mould. Both two factories are pretty close to the Shanghai port for easiest transportation.

We will provide very detailed installation manuals and videos, and the service until you are satisfied

Normally delivery time is 30~45 days.
