Description:

1. As a fully automatic storage system, Master shuttle, shuttle and lift as a compact system, its function is for storage identical goods at the same level that packed by pallets.

2. Different from conventional storage systems, for a fully automatic storage system of the master shuttle option, 5 system are needed, such as racking system, electric machines( master shuttle, lift, transfer lift), conveyor system, electric control system and WMS.

3. Homogeneous products are handled by the fully automatic storage system of Master shuttle with shuttle, lift, transfer lift. Various kinds of products are carried by the fully automatic storage system automated storage and retrieval system.

4. If you have many different types of products for picking, you’d better choose AS RS. If you have only 1 type of product at each level, HUADE recommends the master shuttle option.

5. Transfer lift is a kind of lift lifting up and down the master shuttle. When few master shuttle and shuttles are applied for more levels of racking, transfer lift is a must.

Master Shuttle​:

All raw material should be tested before manufacturing. All our racking systems, automated storage system must be tested before delivery. HUADE has a team of QC experts. They are checking and investigating all the products. We will provide 100% quality inspection piece by piece if the customers require.
