About Our Process

Photochemical machining (also known as chemical etching) is a subtractive manufacturing process that removes metal using photoresist and chemical etchants. It is burr-free, stress-free, and highly accurate, making it ideal for producing intricate geometries that mechanical methods cannot achieve.

We offer complete in-house etching services including photolithography, etching, stripping, deburring, and surface finishing, ensuring consistency and precision throughout every batch.
